Dailey is a renowned American women’s basketball coach who has been the associate head coach for the Connecticut Huskies women’s basketball team since 1988.

She graduated from Rutgers University, where she played basketball for four years.

After completing her education, Dailey was hired as an assistant for UConn in 1985 and worked hard to climb up the ranks.

Eventually, she was promoted to associate head coach in 1988, a position she has held ever since.

In recognition of her outstanding achievements in the field of basketball, Dailey was inducted into the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame in 2018.
